How do I know what materials are arriving today?
• If you click the 'Arriving' tab, you will see the materials arriving today by truckload with an associated sequence.
How do I see the Truckload Images and Shipping Ticket for a shipment arriving today?
• Under the 'Arriving' tab, you can click the 'Images' or 'Shipping Ticket' button to see the associated Load Images and Bill of Lading for a particular truckload.
How can I see materials that have already arrived at my job site?
• If you click the 'On Site' tab, you will see a historical list of all materials that have been delivered to your job site.
How far back can I see previous deliveries On-Site?
• Currently, 'On Site' delivery history can be viewed up to 4 weeks.
Can I see pictures of loads previously received?
• Currently, you will not be able to see any truckload images of historical deliveries that are already on site.
Can I sort the information within a Shipping ticket?
• No, you are not able to sort any information within a shipping ticket. Look for this in future releases.
How do I select an upcoming date?
• You can select a date on the calendar modal by clicking the date you want to see if it is within the current week or by selecting the month calendar icon to pick a date further in the future up to 4 weeks.
How far in the future can I see in my schedule?
• Currently, you can view up to 4 weeks in the future.
How can I see the assemblies (pieces) associated with a sequence?
• You can click any sequence card to get the list of assemblies (pieces).
How does my sequence card become a load card?
• Once the truckload information is known, the system will generate cards by truckload instead of an overall sequence. There could be multiple truckloads for a sequence so there could be multiple truckload cards.
What does 'XX/XX Pieces' mean?
• For a sequence card without load information, it is the total number of pieces fabricated/total number of pieces for the sequence. If there is a load card generated, then it is the total number of pieces of that load over the total number of pieces for the entire sequence.
How do I view a specific sequence?
• You must click on a specific part of the model to see the information of the sequence.
How can I view sequences that will be arriving soon?
• You must click on the 'Arrival' filter and select 'Next 7 days' or 'Next 14 days' to see what will be arriving soon.
How can I filter on a Milestone?
• You must click on the 'Milestone' filter and select the Event Milestone to see what materials are in what milestones.
Can I search or filter?
• Yes, you will be able to filter on the Upcoming page and 4D model page.
How often is the data updated in the application?
• The data on the Today and Upcoming tab is updated daily.
Why are certain estimated arrival dates highlighted in red?
• If a date change occurs within 14 days from the Arrival Date value, then that value gets highlighted in red, alerting the user of a date change. If you click on the tooltip, you can see the previous estimated arrival date.
How can I look at another job?
• You will be able to select from a jobs list if more than one is available to you based on your user credential and access level.
Can I see multiple jobs at once?
• No, you can only see one job at a time.
Shipping Ticket
• This shows the exact materials on a specific truckload, and it is the same as the Bill of Lading.
Sequence
• This is a logical phase of the build that is made up of a collection of assemblies. They are organized by sequence number to optimize the delivery and erection process. The erectors and modelers collaborate to define the ideal sequences.
Assembly
• An assembly is 2 or more pieces (including attaching plates and bolts as necessary) combined and/or welded together in the shop prior to delivery to the site. Each one must be able to fit onto a truck; anything larger must be assembled on site from multiple smaller assemblies. If on site, these assemblies may be referred to as Pieces.
Milestones
• These are the five steps we are currently tracking in the fabrication process of your materials: Out for Approval, Released to Fabrication, In Fabrication, Ready to Ship, and Shipped.
